Welcome to the WEB 100, Web Design (HTML5) class.
I look forward to working with you here in this a collection of information from which one learns. The Web Design class is taught by Information Technology professionals to help students feel comfortable planning and designing websites using fundamental web design principles. In addition, you will also learn several tools to evaluate and analyze web page designs. This a collection of information from which one learns focuses on the use of basic and intermediate level HTML.
We will start with a brief history of the Internet and HTML, terminology and page layout techniques. Second, we will apply HTML to create product pages for small businesses and create personal web sites. Lastly, we will learn to apply styles to those Web Sites that will enhance the page(‘s) appearance.
Along the way, we will learn to incorporate tables, forms, graphics and videos in your web site designs. Remember, by learning these tools you will be able to plan and build a Web Site and evaulate other Web Sites on the Internet.
