JS.200.105 | Core Concepts 001 | Lesson
Syntax Parsers, Execution Contexts, & Lexical Environments
Properly understanding the concept of execution context and execution stack will make you a much better JavaScript developer.
If you are or want to be a JavaScript developer, then you must know how the JavaScript programs are executed internally. The understanding of execution context and execution stack is vital in order to understand other JavaScript concepts such as Hoisting, Scope, and Closures. We will begin this journey by briefly taking a look a few key understandings that will help us build up to a deep understanding moving forward. In this section we are briefly touching on Syntax Parsers, Execution Contexts, and Lexical Environments to prepare us for further discussion and understand as we progress.
It is important, although additional resources are supplied, you do not try to dig to deep just yet. We will be covering these concepts more later in the coursea collection of information from which one learns.
