Comparison Operators
Hey all. So in this JavaScript tutorial I wanted to introduce the comparison operators – well, you’ve already seen 1, the less than sign . We’ll be using these in up and coming video’s to make more complex logical flow statements.
Things You Should Know
- understand how comparison operators are used to evaluate variables/values in a statement
- understand how we can base comparisons on greater than, less than, less than or equal to, etc.
- understand that comparisons will return a true or false
- the exclamation mark is the negation operator
- by using the double equals sign operator the type is checked as well as the values
